Order Status Guide
- Pending — Payment received, order queued for processing.
- In Progress — Delivery has started. You should see your count increasing.
- Partial — Delivery is partially complete. Normal for larger orders — the remainder follows shortly.
- Completed — Your full order has been delivered.
- Cancelled — Order was cancelled. Contact us immediately if unexpected.
