These Terms of Service govern your use of Promotid, operated by Promotid Limited, registered in England and Wales at 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Promotid provides social media growth services including followers, likes, views, comments, and related engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Spotify, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitch. Services are delivered digitally. We deliver the stated quantity; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to order. By purchasing you confirm you are legally permitted to do so and that you own or are authorised to use the account receiving the services.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are processed via our secure checkout at app.promotid.com. Prices are shown in USD, EUR, or GBP and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at time of ordering. We accept major cards and PayPal. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
4. Delivery
Delivery typically begins within minutes of payment confirmation. Completion times vary by order size and platform. Orders are delivered gradually to maintain organic appearance. We do not guarantee specific delivery speeds beyond stated estimates.
5. Refill Guarantee
We provide a 30-day refill guarantee for orders where drop-off occurs after delivery. To request a refill contact us via WhatsApp with your order details. Refills are processed within 72 hours. The guarantee does not apply if your account was deleted, made private, had its username changed after ordering, or was banned by the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activity, hate speech, or in violation of applicable platform rules. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Chargebacks or fraudulent activity will result in permanent suspension and may be reported to authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All Promotid content — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Promotid Limited and protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promotid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
